The method of Twee of meer

Our method is characterised by a close cooperation with our clients. Twee of meer will gladly be your partner, and during our cooperation we will constantly keep tabs on what is required. We will discuss what we are going to do or what we can do. Our focus in that process is to match our professional expertise with the things you can do yourself and must do yourself. We will call on you to account. When it concerns content, we will do this with strictness. When it concerns our relationship, we will do this with care.

Intake interview

Working together is our core motif, also during the intake interview. We will start by clarifying the question(s) you put to us. Together we will investigate what is happening in your team or your organisation, with a view to the future. When will the desired result be achieved? What is the outcome when your question is answered? Subsequently, we will discuss what kind of intervention we propose and we will also anticipate on the course to follow.

Tender

We will sum up the outcome of the intake interview in a tender. This tender will reflect what we have discussed, supplemented with our insights and our ideas on how we may best structure our support. The proposal will start with an introduction which details what we have heard you say about the current situation. We then formulate the goals and the results we wish to achieve, followed by the approach. Then the necessary interventions are formulated. If needed, a planning schedule is given. The tender closes with a detailed and transparent survey of the cost. If needed, a second round of discussion will take place. Based on your response, we can amend the tender if needed. When we come to an agreement, you sign the tender, which will be the starting point of our cooperation.

Content

Our proposal will focus on the process required to be successful together. Apart from this process, you will also be confronted with the theories and models which support both you and us. These theories and models can also be found on our site under ‘Inspiration’ and in ‘Mijn eigen Wijzer’, our fullcolour spectrum for managers and professionals.

Within Twee of meer we work together with a shared philosophy. We have experienced that this philosophy helps to get the best out of people. It contributes to their co-operation and it boosts achieving the results.

Intervention

Together with you we will decide on the interventions we will take, and how long they will last: one day, two days, or longer. Many of our interventions can be found under ‘Our services’ on our site, and the heading ‘portfolio’ will show you a number of our recent projects. During the fine-tuning of our interventions, we will constantly gear our professional activity to what you yourself can do and must do. This is where we make our mark.

Progress

We will have regular progress interviews during our cooperation, which will not only detail progress as such, but our observations during the process as well. We will round off our activities with an evaluation in which results and cooperation are central themes. This interview will also tackle optional further steps needed.

Follow-up

In due time we will contact you to discuss the long-term effects of our contribution. With our initial tender as a lead, we will evaluate what has been successful and which results have been reached. We will discuss the present status quo and ascertain whether additional support is called for. We will make available to you free of charge the models, methods, and training exercises on our site, for your own use. See ‘Inspiration’.

Transparency

Transparency is of the utmost to us, both in the preliminary stage and during our work with you and your staff. Our interventions and exercises are clearly explained and aptly 'subtitled' so that all participants always know where they stand.

Transparency in our rates is another important issue and we have therefore outlined the rates on our site under ‘Rates and conditions’. Finally, our invoices will show the same transparency as we hold that our actions and our operating procedure should be crystal clear. And we will never exceed our tender.
