Deze quote van Marianna Williamson gaat over het volledig benutten van je potentieel, het zijn wie je bent, niet meer en niet minder. Vandaar kun je je persoonlijk leiderschap inzetten voor jezelf, voor anderen en voor je omgeving.
We ervaren dat mensen vaak eigen kwaliteiten en mogelijkheden onderschatten en niet goed in beeld hebben. Kwaliteiten en potentieel bevestigen en benadrukken kan tot zoveel meer leiden. Dat is uiteindelijk weer goed voor de persoon en ook voor de organisatie waar de persoon werkt.
