The free Team survey
When you and your teammembers have filled in the free online Team survey on the Teammaintenance website (Dutch only), you will receive a maintenance report in which you can see exactly what needs to be improved.
The Team survey consists of questions and statements about the experience of the functioning of your team.
There are seven themes with 45 maintenance points in total:
- Goals
- Client
- Talent
- Leadership
- Cooperation
- Structure
- Motivation
When all teammembers have completed the survey, you receive a maintenance report which you can send to your team.
The report shows exactly where you are as at team.
